ABOUT CERTIFIED COPIES: If the bride is going to change her
last name, she will need at least 3 certified copies of your
completed marriage license. If she has a passport she will need to
change, I suggest you get 4 certified copies. A certified copy is $10
each. Some counties provide a
request form or you may be able to download one from their website. Some
counties will accept personal checks while others require a cashier's
check or cash. If your county accepts a personal check, then Reverend
LeeAnn can send it in along with the completed license.
